that require attention. We suggest that business owners and managers take their staff through this
fun and revealing process, as well as individuals and their partners.
- The centre of the wheel represents the lowest score of 1, the outside of the wheel the
highest competency rating of 10.
- Make a mark or notch 1 – 10 on the numbered lines; each one corresponds to a key life skill
for success as listed below. Rate yourself 1 (Low) to 10 (High) in terms of how well you believe
you currently perform in this area.
- Now connect your scores in a circular shape; or as close to a circle/wheel shape as it
gets!
